The Industrial team was retained by TEi Construction Services to provide a detailed heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) economizer bundle replacement lift plan within tight project space and interference limitations. The team extensively leveraged their in-house 3D laser point cloud scanning abilities and 3D CAD modelling to determine optimum crane selection and placement for the high risk lifts. Deliverables included coordination with crane and equipment vendors, specification of all lifting hardware, determining minimum/maximum lift angles/loads, and related erection drawings.
